Terms and Conditions

Hill-Sand Illuminations provides electronic services via the Internet in the form of light design without subscription and lighting planning on subscription. The services are sold by the subscriber signing a subscription agreement with Hill-Sand Illuminations (the "Agreement"). The agreement grants the subscriber rights to use the Services in accordance with the parties' agreement. The subscriber can access the Services through a username and password. These General Terms and Conditions apply to Hill-Sand Illumination providing lighting design and lighting planning to the subscriber. These General Terms and Conditions therefore constitute part of the Agreement concluded between the parties.
1. Agreement time
The agreement runs monthly and is automatically renewed one month at a time in the event of termination. Termination shall be made in writing no later than two (2) weeks before the end of the contract period.
2. Subscription fee
Subscription fees are invoiced for the entire contract period after the contract is concluded and paid the first period via the webshop and according to Hill-Sand Illumination at all times applicable price list. A billing fee of SEK 25 will be added. All prices are excluding VAT. Repayment of the subscription fee does not take place during the current subscription period. The price list is revised once a year. Hill-Sand Illumination reserves the right to change the subscription fee for the coming contract period if the conditions have changed or for any other reason do not correspond to the previous month's subscription fee.
3. Payment terms and interest rates
3.1. Payment is made against invoice.
The invoice amount must be available in the Hill-Sand Illumination bank account no later than fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. In case of late payment, the interest rate is delayed according to law. In case of late payment, Hill-Sand Illumination is entitled to compensation for a reminder fee in accordance with applicable law.
3.2. Special payment terms for e-commerce.
The following payment options are currently offered at e-commerce, ie. when an agreement is signed directly via www.hillsandclp.com
Bank / Credit Card
With VISA or Mastercard card purchases can be carried out safely and easily at www.hillsandclp.com. Fill in the card number and the validity period on the front of the card. The verification code (CVC2) is then filled in. The code is on the back of the card (the last three digits).
All data is handled with a secure and global encryption system developed by VISA and Mastercard which means that no unauthorized person can see the card details. The card will be checked by the business partner DIBS (formerly Debitech AB) who checks that the card is valid and that the amount is available. DIBS meets the requirements of PCI DSS. The order is completed when the terms and conditions have been accepted and the purchase has been approved.
In connection with this, an e-mail confirmation containing personal login information is automatically sent to the service of your choice. The money will not be deducted from the account until the username and password have been obtained. Hill-Sand Illumination offers card payment for customers in Swedbank, Svenska Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea. We do not accept American Express, Diners or foreign credit cards.
4. Delivery
Delivery is done by the subscriber receiving an e-mail confirmation with his login details which consists of a username and a password sent by Agreement templates and thus gain access to ordered Services.
The password is for the subscriber only and may not be transferred.
5. Refund
Repayment to the Consumer will be made within 30 days at the latest if the Consumer cancels the purchase on real grounds.
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 4, § 1 p. With the conclusion of the Agreement, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal shall not apply.
7. Complaints
Consumers have the right to claim the Services if their properties differ from what is agreed or that follows from Swedish law. Hill-Sand Illumination follows the General Complaints Board's prescribed recommendations. If consumers wish to use their right of complaint, please contact Customer Service via e-mail, hillsandclp@hotmail.com, with the necessary information such as contact details and defective Document numbers. Examples of when a complaint can be handy are if the Document cannot be sufficiently edited, if the Document contains insufficient information so that the Document does not apply according to Swedish law or when the Document cannot be obtained from Hill-Sand Illumination due to technical problems. file.
8. Maintenance
Hill-Sand Illumination reserves the right to maintain and thereby modify the content of the Services. Further development and updating of all Hill-Sand Illumination Services is ongoing.
9. Transfer of subscription
Subscriptions may not be transferred without the written consent of Hill-Sand Illumination.
10. Suspension of subscription
Hill-Sand Illumination reserves the right to immediately cancel a subscription andFor sale to minors, we require the approval of the plaintiff.

12. Personal Information
Personal and corporate data are stored, encrypted and processed confidentially by Hill-Sand Illumination in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998: 204). Hill-Sand Illumination is the data controller responsible for the processing and has the right to use this personal data to store the necessary customer information in order to be able to complete the agreement's conclusion. Personal information stored is first name, last name, invoice address, e-mail address, social security number and organization number. Hill-Sand Illumination may disclose personal information to Svea Ekonomi AB and Fortnox AB. The data subject has the right to request a register extract to be able to check which information is registered. The data controller is obliged, at the request of the registered correct data, which is incorrect, incomplete or misleading. The data subject also has the right to have his data deleted upon request. Hill-Sand Illumination has the right to resell data to Third Parties. When ordering the Services, Customer gives consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the above.
13. Limitation of Liability
Hill-Sand Illumination is not responsible for how the subscriber uses or applies the ordered Services and has no liability to third parties for the subscriber's application or use. Hill-Sand Illumination is not responsible for any changes and additions that the subscriber makes in connection with the use of the ordered Services. The contents of the documents included in the Services are based on Swedish law applied by Swedish law enforcement authorities at the latest when the subscriber was granted access to them. Hill-Sand Illumination is not responsible for the accuracy of downloaded documents in the future.
The possible lighting design and or lighting planning included in the Services should be seen as an example and may require customization on a case-by-case basis. Hill-Sand Illumination is not responsible for alleged or incurred damage, loss or expense that directly or indirectly depends on or is alleged to be due to the content of Hill-Sand Illumination Services. Hill-Sand Illumination Services shall not be regarded as legal, financial or any other form of advice. Hill-Sand Illumination is not responsible for any loss of data by the subscriber when using Hill-Sand Illumination Services.
14. Intellectual property rights and rights of use
Hill-Sand Illumination, or its licensors, own all intellectual property rights including but not limited to the copyright trademark Hill-Sand Illumination and other trademarks or product names Hill-Sand Illumination may from time to time use in documents provided by Hill-Sand Illumination, equipment, software, manuals or other information. The subscriber receives the right to use the Services ordered to the extent agreed upon when signing the Agreement.
15. Technical standard
Hill-Sand Illumination is not responsible for any deficiencies and limitations in the subscriber's operating system and computer environment. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that the subscriber has the necessary technical standard for the use of the Services ordered before entering into the Agreement. Hill-Sand Illumination Services assumes that the Subscriber has the required technical standard.
16. Force majeure
The parties are exempt from liability for breach of the Agreement caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party, such as disruptions or interruptions in public data or telecommunications networks, accident, fire, lightning strike, explosion, war, riots, flooding, natural disaster, labor conflict (whether or not it includes parties). staff or not) or changed government regulation or government intervention. In order for such circumstances to be invoked as grounds for exemption, a party shall notify the other party without delay. The party's agreement under the Agreement re-enters as soon as the circumstances mentioned no longer exist.
17. Customer service
Hill-Sand Illumination customer service provides support during weekdays between 09-17 during normal office hours. We have closed weekends. Support refers primarily to error reporting and technical problems with the services.
18. Other
In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and the General Terms, the provisions of the Agreement shall take precedence. Otherwise, reference is made to applicable sections of the IT companies' General Regulations, Electronic Services for Public Networks.
19. Applicable law and dispute
Agreements and general terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish material law. Disputes for this purpose will finally be decided by the General Court of Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
